Free. And Rich.

I believe they're underneath every goal you've ever had.

You might tell me you want to make more money. More influence. More flexibility. A business you love. A career that lights you up. More time. More impact.

I just don't think those are the things you actually want.

I think you want what you believe those things are going to give you. A life that feels free. A life that feels Rich.

Over the last fifteen years, I have coached thousands of high performers. Women building businesses. Women making multiple six figures, if not millions. Women leading organizations. Women growing extraordinary careers. Women who looked successful from the outside, but knew they wanted something more.

On the surface, they all wanted different things. Underneath every conversation, I keep finding the same two desires.

They want to be Free. They want to be Rich.

Somewhere along the way, we accidentally give our power to something outside of ourselves.

And that's why I created Free & Rich.

I wanted to build something different.

I've been a change maker for twenty years. I've watched industries change and evolve. And I've always felt called to find a new way of doing things.

I wanted to change the dynamic in coaching.

This isn't about feeling better. Or putting a happy face sticker on the areas of your life that you want more from.

It's a true transformation. And I am as invested in your results as you are. I'm quite literally willing to put my money where my mouth is.

Free & Rich is a partnership program for women leaders who are ready to consciously create their reality. It runs on a monthly retainer plus a percentage of your revenue growth or new business generated during our time together. I share in the investment because I believe that deeply in this work. And because the best partnerships are the ones where everyone has skin in the game.

Why group?

I am wildly passionate about group coaching for this specific woman.

Most high-achieving women are the most successful person in their friend group. They are surrounded by people who look up to them. And that is a profoundly lonely place to be.

For most of my career, I was very good at achieving things.

What I wasn't as good at was actually enjoying any of it.

What I eventually realized is that I had spent years chasing things I believed would make me happy. And when I got them, they didn't. I had been looking for the feeling in the wrong place.

I knew how to create results. What I didn't know how to do was become the woman who could actually hold them.

So I stopped chasing. I started asking what I actually wanted. What free meant to me. What Rich meant to me. That work changed everything. That's what we do inside Free & Rich.
