I just don't think those are the things you actually want.
I think you want what you believe those things are going to give you. A life that feels free. A life that feels rich.
Over the last several years, I've coached hundreds of ambitious women. Women building businesses. Women leading organizations. Women growing extraordinary careers. Women who looked successful from the outside, but knew they wanted something more.
On the surface, they all wanted different things. Underneath every conversation, I kept finding the same two desires.
